Bulletin: Hilltop Updates Codebook, Fact Sheets, and FAQs for its Predictive Models

The Hilltop Institute recently released an updated version of the Risk Score Specifications and Codebook for its suite of prediction tools called the Hilltop Pre- Models, as well as the three Fact Sheets that accompany the Codebook and a Frequently Asked Questions document. View these documents on the Predictive Modeling page of Hilltop’s website.

Bulletin: Hilltop Researcher Serves as Panelist at Comptroller of Maryland Public Event

The Comptroller of Maryland hosted a public event last week to discuss the release of a recent report titled Maryland Industry Analysis on Health Care: Health Care and the Economy. Hilltop’s Director of Analytics and Research, Dr. Morgan Henderson, served as a panelist and addressed workforce trends, cost pressures, and the future of Maryland’s health care sector.

Bulletin: Hilltop Researchers Co-Author Article on Predictive Model for Type 2 Diabetes Complications

Hilltop’s Analytics & Research team—Leigh Goetschius, PhD; Danielle Barefoot, MEd; Fei Han, PhD; Ruichen Sun, MS; and Morgan Henderson, PhD—co-authored a recently released article in the American Journal of Managed Care titled Predicting Severe Diabetes Complications Using Administrative Claims Data in Maryland.
